How do I return my order?

  • Enter your order number and email address or phone number. Then, select start your return, follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • When you’ve completed the return process, you’ll receive an email. This confirms your return has been approved and outlines how to post it.
  • To reduce paper waste, return labels are provided electronically.

 

Returning new items?

  • For new item(s) we accept returns within .
  • All new returned items must be in their original unwashed and unworn condition and must include any original packaging with tags attached.
  • Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
  • If you need assistance with order issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, please contact us using our contact form and select 'Order Issues' from the drop-down menu for assistance. 

 

Exchanges?

  • We do not do direct exchanges.
  • Return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order.

Returning worn out items?

  • Worn out item(s) to be recycled can can be returned for free at anytime and we'll give you 15% off your next order.
  • If you are returning a worn-out item to be recycled we kindly ask you to wash your item(s) one last time before sending (as people handle them at our warehouse).
  • Let us know as soon as your worn-out items are on the way to us and we would be happy to send your discount code or refund you the difference if you placed your new order already. If do not let us know, we will send your discount code as soon as your item(s) arrive back.

 

When will my return be processed?

  • Once we have received your return, it will be inspected. Once inspected you’ll receive an email notifying you if the return has been approved or rejected.
  • If your return is approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 days.

 

Do I have to pay for my return?

  • The return fee is a fixed fee of £2.95 per order.
  • Shipping international returns from outside of the UK are at the cost of the customer
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us - please ensure your return is packaged up securely.
  • Original shipping costs (and duties) are non-refundable.
  • Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
  • Orders placed with store credit are refunded in-store credit.
